The Ring:Bit micro:bit STEM education robot is designed to get kids introduced to the world of coding, electronics and robotics. Here’s a list of all relevant technical specifications –

  1. Powered by three AAA batteries.
  2. Input Voltage:DC 3.9V-4.5V.
  3. Supports Bluetooth 4.0 devices. Can be controlled via other micro:bit boards.
  4. Supports 3 PIN GVS connector. The Ring:bit board supports standard GVS connectors.
  5. Using a switch, one IO connector can be used for multiple (double) channels.
  6. Allows connection of three servos (at most).
  7. Allow connection of two external line detection modules when being shifted (using pin P2).
  8. Programming the robot: Makecode block based graphical programming, Javascript, Python.

Please note : This does not ship with a BBC micro:bit board. You have to purchase the BBC micro:bit board separately.
